About Me

I am a Personal Trainer and Physical Education Graduate with a university degree and international professional experience in various European countries.

I was born in Argentina, where I completed my sports instructor degree at the University of Córdoba. During my studies, I began working as a trainer in fitness and sports centers. This experience allowed me to combine theoretical knowledge with practical application from the very beginning.

Afterward, I moved to Turin (Italy), where I worked as an instructor and personal trainer in various fitness and sports centers for over three years. During this time, I was able to further develop my professional approach and gain valuable experience working with clients of different performance levels and training goals.

This international career path has enabled me to continuously expand my skills and adapt training programs individually to the needs of each person, with the goal of promoting a healthy, active, and sustainable lifestyle.

Today I live in Cologne (Germany), where I have resided for over five years and have worked as a personal trainer for more than three years.

Additionally, I have completed a professional personal trainer certification with over 650 hours of training (EQF Level 3–4). This qualification is recognized by EREPS (European Register of Exercise Professionals), EuropeActive, and the Spanish Fitness Federation (Federación Española de Fitness).

I also speak Spanish, Italian and German, which allows me to work with international clients and adapt easily to different cultural backgrounds.

My goal is to help you improve your physical fitness, performance, and well-being by jointly building healthy habits that can be integrated into your daily life long-term and sustainably.
